Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using PrintQueue and the responsibilities that remain with you.

Using PrintQueue

PrintQueue helps you organise 3D printing workflows, schedule print jobs, manage files, import supported shop orders, and optionally connect to local printers through a bridge. You are responsible for the data you enter, the files you upload, and the physical use of your printers.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for revoking bridge or integration access if credentials are exposed.

Uploaded Files And Content

You keep ownership of your uploaded files, job data, product data, and other content. You grant PrintQueue permission to store, process, transform, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.

Do not upload or use content that you do not have rights to use, that is unlawful, or that could cause harm if printed or dispatched.

Scheduling And Printer Control

Scheduler output, print-time estimates, printer compatibility checks, stock calculations, notifications, and bridge events are planning aids. They may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for checking printer readiness, materials, safety, legality, and fulfilment deadlines before starting a print.

Third-Party Services

If you connect Etsy or another provider, your use of that provider remains subject to its own terms. PrintQueue is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy. You are responsible for complying with marketplace rules, customer obligations, tax, shipping, and consumer protection requirements.

Local Bridge

The local Bambu LAN bridge runs on hardware you control and stores printer connection details locally. Keep that machine and its credentials secure. Do not expose the bridge to networks you do not trust.

Availability And Changes

PrintQueue may change, pause, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact scheduling outcomes, or compatibility with every printer, slicer, browser, marketplace, or file.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, overload the service, bypass security controls, or use PrintQueue for illegal activity.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintQueue is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, failed prints, printer damage, missed fulfilment deadlines, marketplace penalties, or losses caused by your equipment, files, or third-party services.

Termination

You may stop using PrintQueue at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
