Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data PrintQueue collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who We Are

PrintQueue provides tools for managing 3D print jobs, components, products, stock, printers, order imports, and scheduling. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@printqueue.io.

Data We Collect

We collect the information needed to provide and secure the service, including:

  • Account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, onboarding status, and app preferences.
  • Print workflow data such as printers, components, products, jobs, stock levels, schedules, away times, and notes you enter.
  • Uploaded files and derived metadata, including 3MF/G-code files, thumbnails, print estimates, slicer settings, material requirements, and compatibility data.
  • Optional shop integration data from Etsy, including shop/listing identifiers, order headers, order lines, buyer messages, expected shipping dates, mapping choices, and encrypted OAuth tokens.
  • Optional local printer bridge data, including paired printer identifiers, status events, dispatch results, bridge tokens, and notification events.
  • Optional Web Push subscription data if you enable browser notifications.
  • Waitlist information such as email address, signup time, IP address, referrer, and campaign parameters.
  • Operational data such as server logs, error information, device/browser information, and analytics/performance events if you accept analytics.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide the app, authenticate users, isolate user data, schedule print work, store files, import shop orders, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, debug problems, improve reliability, and communicate about the service.

Analytics And Cookies

Essential cookies and similar storage are used for authentication, security, preferences, and core app features. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are only loaded after you accept analytics. You can change that choice on the Cookie Policy page.

Storage, Processors, And Integrations

We use service providers such as Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Vercel for hosting/analytics/performance monitoring, Cloudflare R2 or Supabase Storage for file storage depending on deployment configuration, browser push services for notifications, and Etsy when you connect an Etsy shop.

If you connect Etsy, you authorise PrintQueue to access the Etsy data requested in the OAuth flow. You can disconnect Etsy from the app; doing so removes the active connection from PrintQueue but does not delete data inside Etsy.

Retention

We keep account and workflow data while your account is active. Deleted app records are removed according to the app's deletion flow and provider backup retention. Waitlist records are kept until they are no longer needed for launch communications or abuse prevention. Logs and security records are retained for a limited period needed to operate and protect the service.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data. You can request help by contacting support@printqueue.io. Self-serve account export and deletion are provided inside the app where available.

Security

We use authentication, row-level data isolation, encrypted provider tokens, private storage paths, short-lived signed file URLs, and bridge token revocation controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and protect local bridge credentials.

International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

Changes

We may update this policy as PrintQueue changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, communicated in the app.
